The slang how to translate the french slang in English

After a discussion with @kassco410
I've see that it's a one main form of slang sentence
this is a fuck stuff
or this is a bitch stuff
or this is a shit stuff
fuck, bitch, slut and shit are the amplifier the level of the nervosity
of the character who speak, or his belonging of lower_class people

you know, if you translate directly in french the resultat is
ceci est une Foutue d'automobile / fuck
ceci est une putain d'automobile / bitch or slut
Ceci est une automobile Merdique / shit

The problem, in French , all word in a sentence must be turn in slang
because it exists one slang word for each normal word
And I can translate this one in English

In this one I try find  a  equivalence of  some  word

CAR ->  *bagnole / *tire /petrolette/guibarde / taco  
bagnole:  a car not water proof as a tube / bath
tire:  is to slower that you must, with hand, push and pull it on the coasts
petrolette : first external explosion engine, using lamp oil
guimbarde: make more noise as Jew's harp
eq: jalopy , rattletrap, banger

ex:  that's a fuck rattletrap / c'est une foutue guibarde
better than
that's a fuck car
